Hello everyone, my name is Paul Blake, and I’m from London, England.
I started writing in 2016 when I took a creative writing module to complete my degree after failing far too many programming modules.
In July 2017, I entered an opening chapter and synopsis to the 2017 Pen to Print: The Book Challenge and after being shortlisted my novel A Young Man’s Game achieved third place. A Young Man’s Game is out now.
In April 2019 I published my short story collection A Few Hours After This. 27 short stories that, mostly, were previously available on this site. All the stories were revamped and remastered. The collection includes a story featuring Alec Foster from my novel A Young Man’s Game.
I have also published another short story collection Love In the Mind, which contains two of my short-stories Jumping Someone Else’s Train and (Don’t You) Forget About Me. These stories are not on my blog and can only be found in the collection.
